1.About our ordering process

The website is a product catalogue and order-enquiry service. Adding an item to the cart or sending a WhatsApp message does not by itself create a confirmed order. We will confirm availability, final price, delivery charge, payment method, and delivery details with you. A binding order is formed only when we expressly accept it and communicate that acceptance.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and provide complete, current, and accurate contact, delivery, and billing information. Please review our message carefully before paying or confirming.

2.Products, prices, and availability

• All prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Prices and availability may change before confirmation. A product shown in the cart is not reserved.
• Product photographs are illustrative. Natural spices can vary slightly in colour, size, shape, and aroma by harvest and batch without being defective.
• Pack weight, ingredients, storage instructions, best-before information, and other mandatory declarations on the delivered label take precedence over general website descriptions.
• We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or typographical error before dispatch. If you have already paid, you may accept the corrected order or receive a refund for the affected item or order.

3.Payment and fraud prevention

Use only the payment instructions confirmed through our official contact details. Payment is considered received only after funds are credited and verified. We may pause or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, an item is unavailable, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any amount collected for an order we cancel will be refunded to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

4.Delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund / Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, although we will make reasonable efforts to meet them. Please provide a serviceable address and remain available for delivery.

5.Acceptable use and intellectual property

The website, brand name, text, graphics, product photographs, design, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Highrange Flavours and are protected by applicable law. You may browse and make a personal purchase, but may not copy, scrape, republish, misrepresent, interfere with, or commercially exploit the website or its content without written permission.

6.Food and allergy notice

Read the product label before use and store products as directed. Product information is general and is not medical advice. If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, or special dietary requirement, contact us before ordering and consult an appropriate professional where necessary. Stop using a product and seek appropriate help if you experience an adverse reaction.

7.Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse or improper storage, third-party services outside our reasonable control, or events beyond our reasonable control. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful and does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that the law does not permit us to limit.

8.Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear a dispute; these terms do not restrict your statutory right to approach a competent consumer commission. We may update these terms from time to time. The version accepted when your order is confirmed will govern that order unless a change is required by law.
